Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

1. Categories of data

Identity (name, surname, username); contact (email, phone); district; listings; security logs; optional marketing preferences. No in-app chat data.

2. Collection method

Collected electronically via registration, profile, listings, cookies and system logs. No in-app messaging data is collected.

3. Purposes

Membership, listings, communication (including phone), security/fraud prevention, support, legal compliance and improvement.

Name and phone are processed especially for trust and buyer–seller contact.

4. Legal bases (KVKK Art. 5)

Contract performance; legal obligation; legitimate interest balanced against fundamental rights; explicit consent where required.

5. Transfers

To hosting/database/email providers as needed; abroad with available safeguards; to authorities when required; and to other users when you publish contact details.

6. Retention

Kept for the purpose and statutory periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Learn whether data are processed; request information; learn purpose and third-party recipients; request correction/deletion under KVKK; object to adverse automated outcomes; claim damages for unlawful processing. Apply via hello@limarlo.com.

8. Complaints

Please contact us first. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (Türkiye) or another competent authority.
