Terms of Service

1. Nature of the service

Limarlo connects buyers and sellers. Listing content, condition, price, delivery and payment are agreed between users. Unless stated otherwise, Limarlo is not a party to the sale, takes no commission and does not process payments.

Legal relationships are formed between users. Limarlo is not an obligatory mediator of disputes.

2. Accounts, identity and contact details

You must provide accurate information. We may require full name, email, username, district and phone number (especially to post listings and enable trusted contact).

Name and phone are processed for account integrity, fraud prevention and buyer–seller communication. Providing another person’s details without permission is prohibited.

You are responsible for your login credentials. Report unauthorised use to hello@limarlo.com

Users under 18 may not use the Platform commercially without guardian consent. We may suspend or delete abusive accounts.

3. Listing rules

Listings must be lawful and accurate. Prohibited items, misleading media, forged documents or unauthorised sharing of others’ personal data are forbidden.

For vehicles and property, ownership and legal compliance remain the seller’s responsibility.

We may remove listings or restrict accounts that break the rules.

4. Communication & safety

Limarlo does not provide in-app buyer–seller messaging. Contact is via the seller’s phone and/or WhatsApp, at the parties’ own responsibility.

Limarlo is only an intermediary marketplace; sale, payment, delivery, meetups and WhatsApp/phone conversations belong to users. Be cautious with deposits and unclear payment requests.

Limarlo may publish safety tips but is not liable for user conduct, off-platform deals, or third-party messaging apps (WhatsApp etc.).

Users may report suspicious listings. Repeated or serious reports may lead Limarlo to pause a listing or restrict an account. Support handles moderation/safety; Limarlo is not a mandatory mediator or compensator in buyer–seller disputes.

5. Intellectual property

The Limarlo brand, UI and software belong to Limarlo or its licensors.

By uploading content you confirm you have the rights to publish it on the Platform.

6. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limarlo is not liable for indirect losses.

Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
