1. Controller

Controller: Limarlo (platform operator).

2. Data we collect

Identity & account: name, surname, username, email, hashed password, language preference.

Contact: phone number (may be required for profile completion / listing / trusted contact).

District / region selection.

Listing content: titles, descriptions, prices, categories, images, attributes.

Security & usage: IP, device/browser, cookies, login timestamps, abuse reports.

Support emails and support tickets. Buyer–seller WhatsApp/phone chats are not stored by Limarlo.

We do not store payment card numbers on limarlo.com; we currently do not process payments.

3. Name, phone and visibility

Name and phone are processed to build trust, reduce fake accounts and enable buyer–seller contact.

Your name/username and listings may appear on public pages.

Phone numbers are not published in an open directory by default, but may be shared with other users when you choose contact options that reveal them. Do so consciously.

Do not submit another person’s name or phone without permission.

4. Purposes

Account and listing services; enabling off-platform contact (phone/WhatsApp); security and fraud prevention; support; legal compliance; product improvement.

Marketing only with consent or where otherwise lawful; you may opt out.

5. Legal bases

Contract performance; legitimate interests (security/fraud, balanced against your rights); consent (marketing / some cookies); legal obligations.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

Processors (hosting, database, email, CDN — e.g. Vercel, Supabase and similar) process data only as needed under agreements.

Data you publish on listings/profiles is visible to other users.

We may disclose data to authorities when legally required.

7. International transfers

Infrastructure providers may process data outside your country. We use available contractual and legal safeguards.

8. Retention

Kept while your account is active and thereafter as needed for legal claims, security and statutory retention, then deleted or anonymised.

9. Security

Passwords are stored hashed; HTTPS and provider controls apply. No online service is perfectly secure.

10. Your rights

Depending on applicable law you may access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email hello@limarlo.com. You may complain to a competent authority.

11. Children

The Platform is not directed at commercial use by under-18s. We will take reasonable steps to delete such data if identified.
